Who we are

ValleyMen is a 90-day personal coaching program for men, operated at joinvalleymen.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and how to ask us about your data.

Questions go to applications@joinvalleymen.com. Using the site, applying, or creating an account also means you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information needed to run your account.

• Start Your Climb. First and last name, email, and phone so we can book a 15-minute call. An account is created later when Nick invites you after you join.
• Account. Email and password used to sign in, or a one-time login link to that same email. Your profile may also store your name, phone, member role, and enrollment time.
• Field guide. After you join, the intake covers your starting point, 90-day goals, training, schedule, movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, people, habits, coaching preferences, and commitment. That includes body metrics such as age, height, weight, and waist, plus health and safety details such as injuries, restricted movements, medical conditions, and medications.
• Messages. Notes you send through the member area, and replies from HQ.
• Journal. Private daily notes you write in the member area.
• Plans. Meal and workout plans assigned to you.
• Call booking. If you book a call, Cal.com collects booking details such as your name, email, and time on their systems.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. We do not run first-party analytics, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Review applications and decide whether ValleyMen is a fit
• Create and maintain your member account
• Build your field guide, plans, and day-to-day coaching
• Email you about your application, login, program, and next steps
• Notify HQ when you apply, finish your field guide, or write
• Keep the site secure and working

Who can see it

Nick and ValleyMen HQ can see applications, completed field guides, member profiles, messages, and assigned plans. That is how the coaching works.

Your journal is private in the member area. It is not shown in HQ. ValleyMen still stores those entries and may access stored data if needed to operate the service, keep it secure, or meet a legal obligation.

When you email us, replies may land in Nick’s inbox outside the ValleyMen app.

Services that help us run ValleyMen

We use trusted companies to operate the site and program:

• Supabase for the database and sign-in
• Resend to send email and keep a contact list of people we email
• Cal.com for call booking
• Vercel to host the website. Hosting logs may include technical request details

Those companies process information only as needed to provide their services to ValleyMen.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in after a magic-link login. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not show a cookie banner because we are not placing those cookies.

If you book a call, Cal.com may use its own cookies on the booking widget.

Health and other sensitive details

The field guide asks about injuries, medical conditions, medications, food allergies, alcohol, sleep, stress, and similar details so coaching can stay safer and more useful. This is coaching, not medical care. We treat that information as sensitive and use it only to run the program.

How long we keep it

We keep application, account, field guide, message, journal, and plan records while they are needed to review you, coach you, or maintain program history. There is no self-serve delete button today. Email applications@joinvalleymen.com to ask for a copy of your information or to ask us to delete it. We will respond and say what we can do.

Children

ValleyMen is for adults. You must be 18 or older to apply or use the program. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the program changes. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of ValleyMen after an update means you accept the revised policy.
